I recently did a poll on my Instagram story asking if my followers would rather see just business or my personal life. 

Ninety percent of those said personal or sent messages that said both.

So here is to sharing good health! 

I have been convicted on what I put into my body and how I take care of it on a day to day basis. 

I am pretty extreme with working out or eating habits. One minute I am ALL IN, working out twice a day, trying to be completely plant-based and the week after I am ordering pizza every night and not working out for weeks.  It is genuinely not healthy. 


Yes, I believe in balance and living life but not to this extreme!

Unfortunately, our world has changed where we are being lied to by billion-dollar food companies and consuming things we never anticipated. Things that are causing disease, obesity, and mental problems. 

I recently read an old Buddha proverb that I want to hang in our new home that says, 


"The secret to living well and longer is: eat half, walk double, laugh triple and love without measure."


I am working towards this Y'all. 

I want to live a longer life. Just living and loving! Myself and those I come in contact with.

But taking care of your temple is just as important as mental health.


So one thing I am going to be doing daily is ensuring I drink one full smoothie full of fruits, vegetables, and many vitamins. 

Not just your typical strawberries and bananas but a beneficial ingredient. 




  • 1/2 - Mixed Berries (frozen blend)

  • 1/2 - Banana

  • 1/4 - Pineapple

  • 1/4 - Blueberries

  • 1 - Celery Stock

  • 1 tsp- Chaga Powder

  • 3 tbsp - Hemp Seeds

  • 2 tbsp - Beet Root Powder

  • 1 Vitamin D (liquid dropper)

  • 1 tbsp - Coconut Oil

  • Splash of Aloe Vera Water
